FAA Designs proposed to finish the penthouse of a completed apartment building with materials entirely sourced or manufactured locally.

The result is a set of bespoke, playful furniture. A Suspended seat/sofa with integrated wall cladding in the living area with coffee tables as well as custom pendant lights over the dining area. The bedrooms features custom beds with integrated built-in storage. Also in the bedrooms instead of making use of a typical carpet, they opted for the use of the traditional “eni mat” made from sisal rope. The carpet was made in Kano. The main wood used for the project are the commonly found Afara and Akala wood.
