dhk Architects via their facebook page, have shared images of their My Space Residence project first first announced back in July 2022.
This is also the first completed project that combines the expertise of both their architectural and interior design divisions (dhki), which demonstrates the benefits of bringing together a tightly knit team to work on multiple aspects of a project. The result is a relevant and innovative design where the interiors speak to the spaces, and where both consider context.
The My Space Residence epitomises next-generation student housing. Sophisticated, fully serviced and secure, its very design fosters a sense of community through the creation of communal social spaces and convenient tech-enabled features.
