Boogertman + Partners recently shared their proposal in response to the brief for the 13th African Games in 2023, set to be held in Ghana. The proposal deals specifically with the requirements for the 50 000 seater athletics stadium and multi-purpose arena.
Their proposal highlights a proven self-sufficient venue management model for the African Continent that will develop the necessary infrastructure to boost the events, entertainment and sporting industry.
Through the use of films clips, demonstrations of digital modelling and members of the team highlighting areas of specialised design detail we reflect the energy we have applied to the Ghana Sports Centre project. The energy that we know will transfer into a sports precinct and beautiful stadium that will inspire future performance, promote world-leading green design principles and leave a legacy that will make Ghanaians proud.
