This Home in Vietnam has had no Utility Bills for a Year Thanks to a Powerful Self-Circulation System.

In this video courtesy yitiao tv, we see a 250 sqm tropical family home in Da Nang, Vietnam designed by architect Vo Trong Nghia, that exemplifies sustainable living as it requires no water or electricity supply thanks to a self-circulating system that has ensured no utility bill was paid for a whole year.

The house is abundant with natural air, plants and sunlight, and on the roof garden all kinds of fruits and vegetables are planted. This has also influenced how the family of 5 live within the home, favouring time together engaging in outdoor activities such as swimming and barbequing over excessive TV or ‘screen time’.
