Why Publish ?

Since we started as a blog in 2013, we’ve published projects from top firms and upcoming designers, and have become a resource for information in the African AEC industry – whether to find designers, to build relevance or to be inspired. As a reference point for architecture and design in Africa, Livin Spaces gives your project a digital footprint that can be traced back to you for new business, reference purposes, and local or global collaborations.

Livin Spaces gives your project a digital footprint that can be traced back to you – for new business, reference purposes, and collaborations – both locally and globally.

Get Exposure, Build Relevance

Publishing on Livin Spaces puts your project in front of the world – showcasing your brand to the people that matter – potential clients looking for designers, and professionals looking to collaborate.

Become a Part of the Bigger Picture

You become a part of the larger purpose of creating a platform that shares the African design story, as told by Africans – for Africans and the world – and to grow your brand, educate, and inspire.

Across-Border Collaboration

Your projects are seen by other professionals within the industry, who would like to work with you on their projects locally, or by international designers – fostering collaborations across borders.

For Everyone

Not just for working professionals and brands, Livin Spaces is also a platform for students to share their work and gain exposure.

– Multimedia

We publish projects in multimedia format – including videos, images, GIFs, and others. The images should be high-resolution to showcase your project in the best quality. Each image should be at least 800px on the horizontal side.

We prefer as many images as possible, with a minimum of 6 – the more the better. Before or construction images of the project, sketches, and technical drawings for more engaging and relatable reader experience. Videos and GIFs can also be included in your submission.
