A LOOK INSIDE BJARKE INGELS’ COURTSCRAPER, VIA 57 WEST, IN MANHATTAN

Earlier in this month of March, the units for Manhattan’s first courtscraper, Via 57 West, went on the rental market. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, the iconic building features 142 affordable housing units ranging from $565/month for a Studio flat to $1067/month for a 3 bedroom apartment. Market-rate apartments, on the other hand, range from $2,770/month for a studio to $16,500/month for a four-bedroom apartment. (Thats obviously alot in Naira)

The folks at Business Insider recently got to peek inside five different units, and here’s what they saw.
