The Residences are part of a collection of four 3-5 bedroom houses ranging in size from, 650sqm – 1394sqm (7,000-15,000 sq ft).
Situated on the island of Félicité in the Seychelles, they rise as linear geometric forms from the natural chaos of weathered granitic outcrops that are peculiar to the local landscape.
Light is filtered directly down internally through top-lit swimming pools with striking black granite geometric shapes mirroring the surrounding natural landscape. Each house captures the wind, using a ‘venturi’ effect to provide natural cooling. Studio RHE started concept design in 2005 with final completion in 2017.
