New York City–based Diller Scofidio + Renfro has unveiled renderings for the 5570+ sq m U.S. Olympic Museum which will the be the first of its kind in the country.

The design carries a sense of dynamism and motion which was said to have been inspired by the movement of athletes. It houses an exhibit space, state-of-the-art theater, broadcast studio, cafe and gift shop and is billed to be completed by 2018.
