Nigeria’s biggest Multi-Storey Car Park Opens in Lagos Airport

Wednesday October 4th 2017, saw the opening of what has been called the biggest multi-layer purpose built car park in the country at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos.

The six level car park has a capacity of 1300 vehicles sited on 9100+ sqm of land. The project is the reuslt of a public private partnership between the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and Seymour Aviation Limited. The carpark also features conveniences on every floor, ablution areas, executive waiting lounge, public address system to be linked with flight arrival/departure information, commercial lifts, bomb detector etc.

Car parking in the facility costs N500 and N600 per hour respectively for cars and SUVs respectively, while additional parking hour attracts N100 only.
