dhk Architect recently unveiled renders for the first luxury residential apartment development within the grounds of the Royal Johannesburg & Kensington Golf Club, dubbed Brookfield at Royal designed by the South African Architecture Practice for Tricolt Property Developers.
A contemporary design, that is sympathetic to its parklands setting, the scheme references elements of a traditional vernacular in a sleek contemporary interpretation.
