In Conversation with Vo Trong Nghia: The Foremost Architect in Southeast Asia

In this video courtesy yitiao tv, we hear from Vo Trong Nghia, the renowned 43-year-old architect from the Southeast Asia, praised by CNN as ‘the man transforming Vietnam’s skylines’. He speaks on how he uses cheap and environment-friendly bamboo to build houses, including small cafes, urban hotels and office buildings. We learn that members of Vo Trong Nghia Architects are asked to meditate every day, an activity which Vo Trong Nghia himself engages in as he only works for 5-10 minutes per day and spends the rest of his time on meditation and sleep.
