Design Studio specializing in sustainability and ecological tourism is looking for an architectural designer to be an integral part of the development and execution of an interdisciplinary project that will include Education, Administrative and Entertainment programs. 

The Architectural Designer role will require a talented individual, with an ability to learn quickly and adapt. The Architectural Designer will be an integral part of the team, with an ability to think strategically and with skillful design execution.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Architecture.

Experience Level: Junior Level

Experience Length: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of concept plans, designs, and design solutions in response to client’s requirements.
• Receive project requests and draft designs using the required software.
• Production of 3D models and renderings for presentations
• Creation and Development of Design Reports
• Review designs and make needed adjustments.
• Sustainability Design Research
• Utilize necessary physical and digital tools to create initial and final drafts.
• Finalize drafting projects and produce detailed working drawings and specifications
• Research and incorporate new trends and developments into designs as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Architecture.
• Proficiency in REVIT, Rhino, Sketchup and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a must.
• Proficiency in Grasshopper and other computational design software is a plus
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
