Job Description

The 4th Place Company is an interior architecture and design firm in Lagos. They are looking to hire a very organized Project Administrator to manage operations, follow up, document and communicate projects progress. This is a remote position & the ideal candidate should have a car/drivers license.

Job Overview

Minimum Qualification: HND or BSc

Experience Length: 2-3 years

 

Job Responsibilities

Project Operations

  • Client on-boarding: Introduction with portfolio, gather information on client and project.
  • Drafting Proposals.
  • Keeping up to date on progress of in-coming, out-going and on-going projects.
  • Weekly to-do list on all active projects

Client Management

  • Ability to actively stay adequately updated on projects in order to liaise with clients.
  • Check in with client at project milestones

Optics

  • Documenting projects & Updating Portfolio.

Data Administration

  • Keeping client, vendor and supplier information up to date.

Job Requirements

  • An HND or BSc degree in Business administration or any related course of study.
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in an office environment.
  • Previous experience working as an administrative officer in an architecture or interior design is an added advantage.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of business management.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills.
