Beddings and Beyond Living (BnB Living) is looking to hire a Retail Sales Executive to provide excellent customer service and meet the sales target of their business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be of positive attitude – able to welcome customers, identify their needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Carry out lead generation activities in the defined territory to generate sales and build our customer base.
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure display racks are regularly updated
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the company
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Job Requirements

• A Bsc degree or HND in marketing or any related course of study
• Previous work experience in sales and marketing
• A good understanding of the retail sales process
• A good understanding of consumer behavior principles
• Ability to carry out inventory stocking procedures
• Accounting skills
• A track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
