Job Description

Oak and Teak is an interior design company in Lagos looking to hire an Interior Architect – to carry out design conceptualizations and 3D visualizations. The ideal candidate would be a creative designer with excellent 3D visualization skills.

Job Overview

Minimum Qualification: BSc Degree or HND

Experience Level: Junior Level

Experience Length: 2-3 years

Responsibilities

  • Concept development for interior design projects.
  • Production of 3D visualizations for presentations.
  • Preparation of detailed working drawings, designs, plans and schemes, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Animation skills would be a plus.
  • Work in a dynamic team of designers and other professionals.

Requirements

  • A minimum requirement of a BSc degree in Architecture.
  • Ability to produce high quality 3D Visualizations.
  • Ability to use Sketchup, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion or any other 3D modeler.
  • Ability to create 3D visualizations from floor plans, sketches, and elevations.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with other members of a dynamic team of designers and other professionals.
  • Must be very organized and disciplined – with the ability to manage time efficient.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have an analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
  • Able to stay updated on design trends and styles.
