The year 2020 marked the advent of the only Pandemic in this Century. Still very much with us COVID has mutated repeatedly affecting every strata of human existence and activity, and has shown the strength, preparedness, capacity, and resilience, or otherwise, of Healthcare Systems the world over – more so in the developing world.
There is need to widen and deepen systemic and technical capacity in the development and deployment of healthcare systems and facilities, this to strengthen the reach of provided solutions and ensure access and inclusivity amongst others. In this regard the Nigerian Institute of Architects, Abuja Chapter, and Total Alliance Health Partners International, Dubai are organizing a Two-Week intensive course in the Planning and Design of Healthcare Facilities.
This will hold in February 2022 but will be preceded by two introductory Webinars – the first on 22nd December 2021 and the next on 18th January 2022. Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers will each find this course very relevant to current needs and emerging trends.
