Caauie lifestyle in collaboration with CIA (Creative Design Agency) will be hosting the 9H Design Talk on Thursday 25 July 2019 at Omenka Gallery, 24 Ikoyi Crescent, Ikoyi, Lagos.
In their own words, CIA (Creative Intelligence Agency) says:
‘Roll on 20 years and the CIA in partnership with 9H Talks presents the 1st of another ‘let’s do something’ event. The subject Design on Trial is the basis for self examination. Presenters include architects, artists and models. We will also be screening Bariga Sugar a sensitively written and directed short by Ifeoma Chukwuogo during the intermission. Through this cathartic expose we hope to make sure that what we are selling is indeed worth buying.’
This presentation will highlight the importance of critique [sessions] in sharing and elevating design, especially in this case, our homegrown works. Students will be admitted free on ID.
9H will continue to provide a platform for the propagation of improved design discourse and work output.
